Threats from State Department to Russia
Sanctions against Russia from the United States of America are likely, as there is a wide range of options in order to act.
The situation in Ukraine is getting worse and the State Department is ready to move against Moscow. "At this point, we aren’t looking only at sanctions, given the actions from Russia" said Jen Psaki, spokesperson of the State Department. She also said to journalists that USA has a variety of options available.
