Obama: “Russia violated international law in Ukraine”
The President of U.S.A. Barack Obama, believes that a international consensus has been shaped, because Russia violated international laws with the military intervention in Ukraine.
Obama said that Washington has warned that it will consider a range of economic and diplomatic sanctions in order to isolate Moscow. Russian President, Vladimir Putin, has to allow international observers to mediate in order to reach an acceptable agreement for the situation in Ukraine. Obama pointed out in statements to reporters before the start of his meeting with Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, in the Oval Office of the White House."It will be a very costly venture for Russia.
The Russian leaders must consider whether and how they can serve their interests in a way that helps diplomacy, as opposed to resorting to violence , " Obama also accused Moscow of being " on the wrong side of history" with its actions.
