The 30-year old rapper had consumed alcohol
With the unanimous opinion of the prosecutor and the investigating judge the 30-year old Pakistani who raped and attempted to kill a 46-year old woman last Sunday at Rethymno was imprisoned.
He was prosecuted for attempted murder and rape, while he said that he could not remember anything because he had consumed large amounts of alcohol.

The 46-year old was returning on foot to her house, when the 30 year-old Pakistani, using physical force, led her to a deserted, dark spot and forced intercourse. Then in order to overcome her resistance he tried to kill her, putting his hands with force over her nose and mouth, while hitting her head on the ground. A distraction allowed the woman to escape and alert the Operations Center in the Police Department of Rethymno.
