Ukraine withdraw its troops from Crimea
The transitional government of Ukraine took the decision of removing its troops from Crimea (admitting its defeat).
Thousands of Ukrainians soldiers were besieged in military bases in Crimea refusing to surrender, since the Russian President Vladimir Putin proclaimed that Moscow has a right to intervene.
The removal of the troops was expected to begin at 15.00 (local time of Greece).
