Diana Wynne Jones: Google Doodle celebrates fantasy author

Diana Wynne Jones was born in London, in 1936.

She was principally writer of fantasy novels for children and adults.Ζ

Some of her better-known works are the Chrestomanci series, the Dalemark series; the novels Howl's Moving Castle and Dark Lord of Derkholm; and The Tough Guide To Fantasyland.

She died on 26th of March, 2011 from langue cancer.
