All means of public transport will operate at a maximum capacity of 65 pct. Passengers who do not wear face masks will not be allowed to board any means of public transport.

Only one other passenger is allowed in taxis and private cars besides the driver. Exceeding this passenger limit is allowed only if the vehicle is carrying minors whose stay at home is impossible under adult supervision, or carries a person who needs help from a second passenger.

Students who share a taxi ride to school in rural areas can board up to a maximum four, and also carry a letter from their school principal.

The use of face masks is not obligatory in private cars if only the driver rides in it, if the passengers are spouses or live together, and if they are first-and second-degree relatives.

Using service vehicles for the transport of staff to and from work is allowed only by employer's certification, and always at a 50 pct maximum passenger capacity.

The operation of driving schools is suspended, except for the training of public bus and lorry drivers. The operation of vehicle testing centers (KTEO) is also suspended, except for the technical inspection of public buses and lorries.
