PM Mitsotakis to inaugurate 65 km section of the new Patras-Pyrgos motorway
Olympia Odos now will connect Patras with Pyrgos in just 45 minutes and Athens with Pyrgos in 2 hours and 45 minutes - safely and comfortably.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will inaugurate on Thursday afternoon the 65-kilometre section of the new Patras-Pyrgos motorway extending from Kaminia to Pyrgos, in the presence of political leadership of the Infrastructure and Transport Ministry, as well as representatives from Western Greece authorities.
Olympia Odos now will connect Patras with Pyrgos in just 45 minutes and Athens with Pyrgos in 2 hours and 45 minutes - safely and comfortably.
According to the official announcement, the section from Kaminia to Pyrgos will be open to traffic from 12 noon on Friday, August 1, 2025.
