German FinMin spokesman: Progress has been made but there's still no list of reforms

There's progress in the cooperation between Athens and the institutions, but added there's no list of reforms yet and a lot of work still needs to be done, German finance ministry spokeswoman Friederike von Tiesenhausen said on Friday.

"The situation is not that different from two months ago. At this point, because of the Orthodox Easter, negotiations are not progressing very fast, but the institutions confirm there's progress," the spokeswoman said.

"At the same time though, a lot of negotiating work has to be done until we reach a full agreement, which is important for the finance ministers to be able to discuss the conditions of the Greek programme in Riga on April 24. Even then, the institutions must continue working to reach an agreement," she added.

Von Tiesenhausen also noted that the next step would be for Greece to implement reforms and then "we would reach an implementation agreement" which would be the basis for the disbursement of further aid. She said however that there's no list of reforms yet.
