Minister heads to Skopelos to evaluate damages from floods
A government team headed by Infrastructure, Transport and Networks Minister Christos Spirtzis will fly to Skopelos island in northern Greece on Thursday to inspect the damages caused by the floods which followed the torrential rains of the past few days.
Spirtzis briefed earlier Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, who’s in Brussels for the summit meeting on migration, on the problems facing the island.
