Ships to remain docked on May 30
PNO said in a statement that "the dissolution of the social security fund and the seizure of all its movable and immovable property, the destruction of the passenger ship's staff composition, the alleged new increases in insurance contributions, as well as the new cuts in primary and supplementary pensions and the unpaid benefits to crews, the rising unemployment of the industry, the black uninsured work, the continuing violation of working conditions and the continued downgrading of social security and the medical treatment of active and retired seafarers, cannot and should not remain unanswered."
PNO called on the government to provide solutions to its problems, while stressing that it is uniting its voice and its forces with all other workers and pensioners across the country.
