Precautionary credit line will only delay return to normality, says FinMin Tsakalotos

Everyone has to undertake their responsibilities. With a precautionary credit line, and therefore a programme, the rating agencies will not upgrade Greek bonds to a level that pension funds can invest in (investment grade). So, the only thing we will achieve is one-year delay in the return to normality".
