Today is the meeting of the Central Committee and the Standing Conference of SYRIZA

Alexis Tsipras, in the opening of the Standing Conference at the evening Saturday (01/03/2015), is expected to make substantial additions to the government program of SYRIZA, which was announced at the International Fair of Thessaloniki.

A few hours earlier, will be held the meeting of the Central Committee, in order to discuss the political alliances and the candidates for the ballots.

SYRIZA hopes that until next Monday (05/01/2015), will have completed the preparation and thus will begin the final phase of the electoral race.

At the same time, SYRIZA members note that the difference between SYRIZA - ND will rise significantly after the Standing Conference, expressing optimism even for the possibility of government formation.

The deadline for the final lists of the ballots is January 8, while according to the same sources, in the ballot of State will be placed primarily party members.
According to party members, the talks for the cooperation of SYRIZA with the "Ecologists Greens" are taking place in a very positive atmosphere, while there is a positive development for the cooperation with the Movement of Ideas, 'doers'.

Antonis Samaras visits Karditsa and Larissa

The President of New Democracy Antonis Samaras, is visiting today, Saturday (01/03/2015), the prefectures of Karditsa and Larissa.

This morning (03/01/2015) visited a unit of production and processing of Gotzi Berry and spoke to the young scientists who have established the unit. The program of the Prime Minister includes a visit to a quality control unit of agricultural products.

The afternoon will make a walk to the village Sofades, while in the evening Mr. Samaras will deliver a speech at a hotel in the city of Larissa.
Reportedly, Mr. Samaras, in his first official campaign speech will launch - again - a fierce attack on SYRIZA, and will try to highlight "the achievements of his government."

The beginning took place yesterday, Friday (02/01/2015), in the cutting of New Year's Cake in ND, where he spoke with harsh words against SYRIZA.
"With the help of God, because we are not afraid to say this, we will win this crucial battle. I am optimistic. The lead of SYRIZA is reduced to the limit of the statistical error and it will be soon overthrown. We will win and (this victory) will be the end of populism in Greece. The truth is our weapon and the responsibility is our flag, while they have a hidden agenda", said Mr. Samaras, among other things.

The inauguration of Papandreou's party

On Saturday afternoon (01/03/2015) will take place the official announcement of the establishment of the party of George Papandreou.
The event will be held at the Benaki Museum in Piraeus Street.

In his statement, George Papandreou addressed a call for entries to all Greek men and women in a "movement that will work in the next parliament, in order to ensure all necessary conditions for a safe and permanent exit from the crisis."

The name and emblem of the new party is still a secret.

From Saturday, all the Declaration texts, political views, etc. will be open for consultation and signatures will be collected on all party offices. The headquarters will be in Piraeus road, while in the coming days, will open the site of the party.

Representatives of the new party will be Philip Sahinidis, who will also be a candidate, George Petalotis and George Elenopoulos.

Meanwhile, the former secretary of PASOK, Michalis Karchimakis, resigned from PASOK and joined the party of George Papandreou. Mr. Karchimakis will be a candidate in the B' Athens. According to information, Simeon Kedikoglou and Thanos Moraitis will follow the same path.

Tour of Venizelos in Peloponnese

The president of PASOK, Evangelos Venizelos, will visit Peloponnese during the weekend.

At 17:30 on Saturday, Mr. Venizelos will meet with representatives of productive institutions of Sparta and at 19:00 will deliver a speech.
On Sunday (01/04/2015) morning will visit Tripoli, where at 11:00 he will meet with representatives of productive entities.
One hour later he will meet with executives of PASOK, while half an hour later will deliver a speech.
At 18:00, the PASOK leader will deliver a speech in Kalamata.

DIMAR goes to elections, without collaborations

Today, Saturday (01/03/2015) afternoon, will be held the critical meeting of the Central Committee and the Standing Conference of DIMAR.
The Executive Committee and the Parliamentary Party Group decided to recommend to the Central Committee and the Standing Conference, DIMAR to proceed to the elections, alone, exhausting all margins of cooperation with the field of political ecology.
