President Sakellaropoulou expresses shock and sadness over accident at Mount Meron
In a message in English on Orthodox Good Friday, April 30, President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou expressed her sorrow and dismay at the terrible accident at Mount Meron in Israel and extended her condolences to her Israeli counterpart Reuven Rivlin, the families of the victims and the Israeli people.
"Saddened and shocked by the news of the terrible accident at Mount Meron, I wish to express to @PresidentRuvi, the families of the victims and the people of Israel my deepest condolences for the loss of innocent lives," the Greek president said.
