Second tranche of social dividend to be paid on Friday

The projected amount of support for economically weak and vulnerable households was initially set at 710 million euros. Following a recent joint decision of Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos, Labour Minister Effie Achtsioglou and Alternate Finance Minister George Chouliarakis, the amount was increased by 80 million euros in order to cover the number of beneficiaries.
