Foreclosure auctions to go exclusively online for debts to State as of May 1
Auctions on foreclosed properties for debts towards the State will be carried out only electronically as of May 1, according to an amendment tabled by the finance and justice ministries which is included in the omnibus bill debated in Parliament.
The same will apply for the auctioning of moveable items for debts to the State.
