Sentence of cleaning lady who doctored her certificate suspended
The jail sentence imposed on a cleaning lady who had doctored her primary school certificate in order to be hired at a state-funded nursery was suspended on Wednesday.
The cleaning lady had been sentenced to 10 years in jail on charges of defrauding the public sector.
Court officials said Wednesday that the woman has been released on health grounds pending a decision on her appeal against her sentence by the supreme court.
