Earthquake 4,5R in Kefalonia
An aftershock measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale "shook" the Island of Kefalonia at 01.27 at midnight.
The epicenter of the powerful aftershock, according to EMSC, is located 21 km northwest of Argostoli and 15 km northwest of Lixouri.
The focal depth of the earthquake is estimated at 2 km.
According to the Automatic Solution of Geodynamic Institute the earthquake was 4R.
The earthquake, as recorded by the Seismological Network of the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, which is located in Balsamata (village of Kefalonia).
