US Undersecretary Nuland and Dendias discuss Western Balkans over the phone
US Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland spoke with Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias on the telephone about the European integration of the Western Balkans on Wednesday.
"Spoke today with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias about Greece’s steadfast support for [the] European integration of the Western Balkans. We thank Greece for its leadership," she said in a tweet about their discussion.
The phone calls coincides with a period of political instability in North Macedonia after its prime minister, Zoran Zaev, announced that he intends to resign.
