Athens Stock Exchange opening: Drop
Equity prices were dropping on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) on Thursday. The basic share price was down 3.65 percent at 914.55 points at 11:00 and turnover was at 15.94 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 3.89 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was down 3.54 percent.
All individual sector indices were moving downward with the heaviest losses in Personal Products (-4.69 percent), in Banks (-4.52 percent) and in Raw Materials (-4.00 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 1 was up, 86 were down and 7 were unchanged.
