Moscovici: Greece has made significant progress
Greece has made significant progress, European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs Pierre Moscovici said on Friday upon his arrival to the Eurogroup, in Bucharest.
He added that the Commission, on the basis of the updated enhanced surveillance report, will positively recommend that the Eurogroup approve the disbursement of one billion euros of returned central bank profits, which would be a "good sign" for the country's recovery and market confidence.
