ND-SYRIZA gap can close in national elections, Skourletis says
SYRIZA Central Committee Secretary Panos Skourletis said that it is possible for SYRIZA to close the gap with New Democracy seen in the European election result, while speaking to Athens-Macedonian News Agency radio "Praktoreio 104.9 FM" on Wednesday.
"The characteristics of the political battle for the general elections with make the real dilemmas clearer. The crucial nature of this electoral battle will force everyone to face their responsibilities," said Skourletis, noting the importance of the citizens' participation in the elections since abstention was a factor that "always changes and alters the real correlations."
