Vaccinations with Johnson & Johnson's single-shot vaccine begin on April 19, says health official
The first 33,600 doses of Johnson & Johnson's single-shot vaccine will be delivered to Greece on Wednesday, said Health Secretary General for Primary Health Care Marios Themistokleous at Monday's live briefing.

Inoculations with this vaccine can therefore begin on Monday April 19, he added.
Meanwhile, citizens aged 18-59 who belong in high-risk groups can start booking their appointments on April 16.
School teachers and anyone aged between 55-59 will be able to book their inoculation appointments as of April 21, while the online platform for all citizens aged 50-54 will open on April 24.
As of June, he noted, younger age groups will also begin to receive the vaccines.
