Archbishop Ieronymos to ANA: The end of the pandemic is near, lets get vaccinated to bring it closer

"The end of the pandemic is near. Lets bring its closer and accelerate it through vaccination. Anyone that gets the vaccine, with this act of love to God, to himself and his neighbour, signals a faster exit from this major national and international ordeal," said Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Ieronymos on Thursday, in response to an ANA question on the celebration of the Holy week and Easter.

"The vaccination of all of us, particularly of the elderly, is not only an act of personal responsibility but also an act of Christian solidarity and love for our neighbour," underlined Ieronymos.
