Amphipolis - Tasoulas: It is impossible that Alexander the great is buried inside the tomb

The Culture Minister Costas Tasoulas, puts an end to the scenarios which say that the Greek commander is buried inside the tomb of Amphipolis.

With the most categorical manner Culture Minister Costas Tasoulas said today, "It is impossible that Alexander the Great is in the tomb of Amphipolis".

He added that the tomb and its structure surely indicate that the dead is someone of extremely importance, even saying that the evidence so far is very important.
Speaking on the morning show of Mega he said "I have given instructions not to let me go to the tomb! I am like Odysseus, who sought to tie him to the mast of the ship.

He added that there is not a certain secret that waits to emerge from the tomb, but the whole monument is "The Secret." He refused to answer questions about the exact time of the revelation of the entire tomb, explaining there can be no clear timetable in these cases. He also asked from all to be patient.

Regarding the expectations created, Mr. Tasoulas said, "I admit that we have exaggerated ambitions. Tell me though, how can they be characterized those who are praying the tomb to be looted?" He added that there are simply indications that looting has been attempted, but no clear evidence either for when or about the result of the effort.
