Official number of dead is at 49, fire brigade spokesperson Malliri says

However, there are fears that the number of victims may increase based on the calls made to the Fire Brigade, the Police and the Coast Guard for missing persons. Malliri appealed to the relatives of the missing persons to call 199 to report the missing persons and provide the necessary information.

The number injured include 156 adults, 11 of whom are intubated, and 16 children - none of them in critical condition.
