"With today's (Tuesday's) 10-year bond issue, the last bastion in the narrative of those claiming that Greece does not have access to the markets has fallen.

Finance Minister Euclid Tsakalotos, in a statement to News247 late on Tuesday, stressed the need to launch a serious dialogue on Greece's future with the participation of all sides and which encompasses all aspects of economic policy - from the qualitative elements of growth and the social state to the country's production model and a modern public administration - following Greece's return to the markets on Tuesday.

More specifically, Tsakalotos said: "With today's (Tuesday's) 10-year bond issue, the last bastion in the narrative of those claiming that Greece does not have access to the markets has fallen. As a result, the need to begin a serious next-day dialogue involving all sides is urgently brought to the fore. During this dialogue, participants will discuss the qualitative aspects of growth, what kind of social state is capable of coping with modern needs, what form the production model must take and what is modern public administration. All these play a crucial role in supporting growth and strengthening social cohesion, by ensuring that everyone benefits during the recovery."
