"The non-reduction of the tax free threshold will be achieved," State Minister Alekos Flambouraris said on Monday in an interview with the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA).
He underlined that the outcome of the European elections will determine the EU course, adding that the national elections in autumn will determine the future of the Greek people.
Regarding the dilemma of the elections, he said that this is the choice between a creative and fair future or the return of a tough extreme-neoliberal disastrous policy.
Referring to the Progressive Alliance, he said that it is not an electoral mechanism with an expiry date. It is a front of left progressive democratic powers and citizens with strong movement characteristics (...), and it reflects the society needs, he explained.
