Economou: The new leadership of civil protection ministry to be announced on Monday
The government, the health ministry, the administrators of the health services and the hospitals have already recorded the possible losses from the people who insisted on remaining unvaccinated and will have to be suspended in order to draft an operationl plan in each hospital and avoid any future problems, government spokesperson Yiannis Economou said on Friday in an interview with Skai TV.
Regarding the civil protection ministry, he said that its new political leadership will be announced on Monday.
On the increases in Public Power Corporation (PPC) tariffs, Economou stressed that there is a concern which is completely justified because the causes are due to external factors. The price of gas has risen, transport costs have tripled or quadrupled, prices of raw materials are going up worldwide and this has affected a number of issues that concern or will concern daily life.
