Kotzias and Dimitrov conclude their mission; final agreement in the hands of the Prime Ministers
Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias stated on Monday, on the negotiations on the Skopje name issue, that the two countries' foreign ministers have concluded their negotiations, while leaving EU's Foreign Ministers meeting in Brussels.
"Possibly today or tomorrow, the negotiation will continue on technical and legal issues which must be clarified", Kotzias also said that "when the technical and legal issues have been solved, then the texts made at Foreign Ministers' level will be given to the two Prime Ministers that will discuss and reach the final agreement".
