Merkel: Migrants' readmission must only be made in consultation with the Greek side
Migrants readmission to Greece must only be held in consultation with the Greek side, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said referring to the negotiations with its partners on asylum issues.
"What was very important for Horst Seehofer, head of the Christian Social Union (CSU), was how to be sure that those migrants who come from Greece do not enter Germany. They should not be allowed to wander around until the find another passage to enter Germany. We must agree on a procedure for the migrants to be reamitted to Greece in order the asylum process to take place there" Merkel said to ZDF.
