Dimitrov: Prespes Agreement opens up new prospects for cooperation

Skopje Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov referred to the new cooperation prospects created by the Prespes Agreement.

Dimitrov made the statements on Wednesday, while addressing the think tank "Atlantic Council" in Washington.

“More than half of the Prespa Agreement talks about close cooperation in security, [the] economy, energy, environment, [and] health,” Dimitrov explained.

Commenting on the future of the agreement, he said that it will prove durable in the long-term because of the strong international support, while Skopje imminent accession to NATO will establish stability.
