Traffic at Promachonas border station very high for second consecutive day
The traffic at the border post of Promachonas was high on Tuesday, second day of the free transport of tourists and visitors from Bulgaria and Romania.
The vehicles have formed long lines from early in the morning and as police said they are doing whatever possible to facilitate the traffic. Police estimated that the traffic will be high throughout the week and probably will further heigthen on the weekend.
National Health Organisation's teams are at Promachonas conducting tests to keep the visitors' names and addresses+. Those undergoing test will remain in quarantine until the results of the tests are ready. If the result is positive then they will remain in quarantine for fourteen days, according to the health protocol.
