Sunday weather: Rain in the morning, afternoon improvement

Rain over Crete will gradually begin to subside as of late afternoon, when weather will start to improve locally but also nationally.

Winds will blow north-north westerly at 4-5 in the Beaufort scale, reaching as high as 7 and 8 in parts of the Aegean.

Temperatures will drop slightly in the south to about 12 degrees Celsius in the early morning, but will begin to improve in western regions later in the day, rising up to 17 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.
