Kammenos: “Greece must regain the right to live free”
Criticism against the government in response to the new medium law was launched yesterday by the chairman of the Independent Greeks Panos Kammenos from Crete, which he toured.
He accused the government of "bringing a new memorandum" adding that there will be further cuts to pensions. "Greece must regain its national independence and dignity, must regain its right to live free" the president of AN. EL said from Sitia Lassithi, where he completed his tour in Crete. "The government, once again, brings a new medium, a new memorandum. Samaras denied himself again, as did Venizelos with his morning statements" he mentioned and added that the government plans further pension cuts, as AN.EL. notified four months ago in the Parliament, while they will cut the supplementary pensions.
"Even newspapers that support the government make it clear now that new measures, new memorandum and new misery the Greek people are coming" he said. Kammenos noted that on 18 and 25 May, the Greeks have to decide and asked the Greek people to "terminate the government of the troika, the government of the bankers, the government of the impoverishing the Greek people, the Government that delivers the national dignity and sovereignty". And yet called the Greeks "to realize that the government collaboration serves as an employee of interests of troika and Germany" repeating that Greece should regain the right to live free.
