Moscovici: Pension cuts, 2019 budget to be reviewed October 15
A decision for cuts to Greek pensions will be reviewed as part of a total assessment of the country's 2019 budget on October 15, EU Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Taxation and Customs Pierre Moscovici told television station ANT1 on Tuesday.
"Commitments must be adhered to, they are commitments that were undertaken as part of the program and must be met as they allowed for its total completion. We will examine it on a broader basis the budget plan on October 15 when for the first time Greece, like all the other eurozone countries, will submit a draft budget to the commission and within this framework, we will assess the balance of finance," he said.
