570 asylum seekers depart from Moria and expected to arrive at Piraeus port

A total of 570 people from the so-called vulnerable groups asking for asylum will depart on Sunday afternoon from the reception and identification centre on Moria. They are expected to arrive at the port of Piraeus and then leave for Vagiohori, close to lake Volvi, in central Macedonia.

The Moria reception and identification centre currently hosts 13,300 people, 1,000 of which are unaccompanied minors.
