Regency Group to begin works for 'Voria' project
Regency Group is rapidly proceeding with all steps necessary to begin works for the biggest tourist investment in the north suburbs of Athens, following approval of a special town plan and a environmental plan by the Environment and Energy ministry.
The 200-million-euro project 'Voria' envisages the development of a tourist and entertainment area in Marousi and, more specifically, the building of a model tourist complex, creating 1,000 new job positions and safeguarding another 1,000. It will house the historic Mont Parnes Casino.
The complex will cover an area of 55,000 sq.m. and will include a 5-star hotel, a casino, restaurants, cultural halls, conference and underground parking.
