Weather service warns of heavy rain and storms on Wednesday and Thursday
Heavy downpours are forecast in the Sporades island and northern Evia, Thessaly, eastern Central Greece, western Crete and possibly central Macedonia on Wednesday, while storms that may become intense are forecast in the western Peloponnese, according to the National Meteorological Service (EMY).
On Thursday there will be heavy rain and storms in the Sporades islands, central and north Evia, Thessaly, eastern Central Greece and the Peloponnese, western Crete and later in the evening in the northeastern Aegean.
