Tsipras visits advocates for HIV-positive awareness on World AIDS Day

SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras paid a visit on Thursday to the Positive Voice stand of the association of HIV-positive individuals in Greece, at Monastiraki, on the occasion of World AIDS Day.

Tsipras congratulated the volunteers and staff, and took a rapid test for HIV. "A little sting that saves lives," he said, and then spoke with citizens who were at the site, underlining the significance of prevention and of fighting the stigma against people living with HIV.
