Two minors retrieved unconscious from Arachthos river

Two minors were retrieved unconscious from Arachthos river near Neochori, Arta, where they had gone swimming with friends.

According to initial reports, the two minors were pulled from the water by citizens using a boat, who rushed to help after the children called for assistance.

Firefighters and police arrived at the scene immediately. The two minors were transported by an ambulance to the Arta General Hospital.
