Athens Stock Exchange opening: Decline
Equity prices were dropping on Friday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index down 0.35 percent standing at 641.19 points at 11.00 am and turnover at 6.95 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.54 percent and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 0.27 percent.
Individual sector indices were moving mostly upwards with the biggest gains in Health (+1.10 percent) and Constructions (+0.27 percent). The heaviest losses were in Telecoms (-1.25 percent) and in Banks (-0.68 percent).
Of the stocks traded, 16 were up, 23 were down and 9 were unchanged.
