Foreign Ministry condolences on stabbing death of British MP

The Greek Foreign Affairs Ministry expressed its condolences for the murder of British Member of Parliament Sir David Amess on Friday.
"Deeply saddened by the tragic death of GB MP Sir David Amess.We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues at the House of Commons &our solidarity w/the people & government of our close ally & partner UK. Such heinous acts have absolutely no place in our societies," the ministry said in a tweet.
Amess, a deputy with Boris Johnson's party, was stabbed while attending a meeting with his constituents. His alleged killer has been arrested.
