President Tassoulas briefed by Economy Min Pierrakakis

The President of the Hellenic Republic Constantine Tassoulas received, earlier on Wednesday, National Economy and Finance Minister Kyriakos Pierrakakis at the Presidential Mansion. Pierrakakis briefed the President on issues relating to his responsibilities after Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' announcements at the 89th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF).

Specifically, Pierrakakis referred to the taxation system reforms that directly aim the support of young people and the middle class, as well as seeking to tackle the major demographic problem that Greece is facing.

On his part, Tassoulas thanked Pierrakakis for his prompt briefing on the overall state of the economy and for providing details on the new measures.
