ENFIA: New reactions for errors that have not corrected

As it became known yesterday, the new clearings which are already posted on the Internet, include the amount of the debt and the doses which the taxpayers should pay until the end of February. The problem is that they forgot to delete the amount of ENFIA for those who either have paid the first installment or the entire amount. Specifically, the person who had paid at the end of July the total amount, found that he owes exactly the same amount, divided into six installments.
Many people have now reached their limits, since they have to pay one more unbearable tax and furthermore when connected to Taxisnet are facing new unpleasant surprises and many mistakes...

"I got the new ENFIA with the same error ... but with more installments" complained to Newsbomb.gr, Mr. G.B. According to him, he has a house of 118 sqm. in Kefalonia, which supports that is under construction. However, according to his complain, is stated as 126 sqm. (!!!) and evaluated for 4,000,000. So he is asked to pay 39,000 euros. That is, each dose of 6.500 Euros (after the new rule of six doses) instead of 7,900 Euros. Naturally, this caused the indignation of GB, who feels lucky that he was the one who saw the notification and not his parents, since as he points out: "they could suffer from stroke." At the same time raises the question, when will the Treasury make the necessary changes.

Reactions caused by high amounts required to pay in various municipalities, as in the case of the Municipality of Xanthi and also the Municipality of Kavala.
The General Secretariat of Public Revenue gave new details on the payment of ENFIA. In a written communication he notes that new clearing will be sent (where necessary) and not to all taxpayers. He repeated that clearing will occur in the Property Register on September 22.

The General Secretariat of Public Revenue also stated that: the notice of doses printed from MIS Property Register refers only to statutory installment dates based on the initial liquidation.

The credit of sums which is already paid by taxpayers appears on 'personalized information' of TAXISNet.

The new notice

Recall that new notice of ENFIA indicates six instead of five monthly installments and informs taxpayers that have to pay on the following dates:
- The first installment until 30/09
- The second installment until 31/10
- The third installment until 28/11
- The fourth installment until 31/12
- The 5th installment until 30.1 of 2015 and
- The sixth and final installment until 27/02 2015.

Who will receive the new notice

The "correction" of the number of installments is the first step. Installments are formed based on the amount of tax assessed on 31 July 2014. This means that the amount can be changed for:

• Those who have land within a village but outside the system of objective values. These taxpayers will be able to see the new amounts from next Monday.
• Those who have un-rented properties without electricity for the entire 2013.
• Those who are entitled to a tax credit of 50% or 100% because they meet certain income and asset criteria, i.e. economically weak groups of taxpayers.
• Those who are guilty of errors or omissions made in completing E9 form for property for 2005-2014 and charged with higher amounts for ENFIA. It is longer necessary to submit corrective statements to re-tax clearance.
Each taxpayer can find and print the new informative of the 6 doses, online and in the system Taxisnet, with the following alternative ways:
• Through the implementation of the electronic "property register" and the command "print notice of payment of tax."
• Through personalized information and selecting "data of debt, out of adjustment."
