Nikolopoulos:"Mr. Samaras-Mr. Voridis-Mr. Hardouvelis, you must take a stand on the issue"

Mr. Nikolopoulos asks full information and answers to a number of critical questions about the way in which, -overnight-, a real estate company of the Piraeus Bank Group, changed character and proceeded to the acquisition of "Henry Dunant" Hospital with a check of 115 million Euros, by taking part as HEMITHEA SA in the auction caused by Piraeus Bank.

"In Greece, during the reign of governance of Antonis Samaras and Evangelos Venizelos, in the era of the" sovereignty "of the country by Merkel and the IMF, this also happened ... !!!!", highlights -among others- Mr. Nikolopoulos and request explanations for the causes of the engagement of the government in an auction process, by legislating few days before carrying it out. At the same time, calls for the submission of all tables with debts of Henry Dunant and the creditors of the hospital, asking ministers, Voridis and Hardouvelis whether the creditors of the hospital will be compensated and in the case that this does not happen, if these debts will be added on the budget.

The scandal of the decade, as characterized this sell-off - donation of "Henry Dunant" in a subsidiary of Piraeus Bank, returns to the House, from where it ... started, since from 2012 with actions that had clear guidelines, the government protected the interests of private, as evidenced today, reaching the point to pass an amendment for granting the operation license of the hospital and brand, just few days prior the auction.

Subject: "Sale of Henry Dunant in the real estate company of interests of Piraeus Bank Group"
Many questions raised by the news of the sale of the Henry Dunant hospital overnight.

According to reports in the newsbomb.gr and other site, the company «New Evolution Real Estate and Developmental SA", which since 2005 operates in Greece as Real Estate & Touristic Developmental Company, renamed overnight, changing its character to Health Care in order to proceed with the acquisition, through an auction,of an entire hospital!

In Greece, during the reign of governance of Antonis Samaras and Evangelos Venizelos, in the era of the "sovereignty" of the country by Merkel and the IMF, this also happened...!!!!

A company which was incorporated on 08.09.2005, the «New Evolution Real Estate and Developmental SA", was amended, - according to information of Newsbomb.gr - in "HEMITHEA SA" on 09/19/2014. Five days later, a representative of the company appeared with a check of 115 million Euros in the auction for the Hospital "Henry Dunant", five minutes before the completion time and acquired the Hospital.

The first stature of the company, "New Section Evolution AE", was drawn up with the no. 7017 / 8.9.2005 practice of the notary of Piraeus, Stefanos Vasilakis.
(Remember the name of the notary, because the coincidences that one finds in this case can even be described as ... diabolical. You see, in the office of Mr. Vasilakis in Piraeus, was held (on September 24), the auction of the "Henry Dunant" Hospital).

There are many questions about the way, in which a new company (HEMITHEA SA), that allegedly is the "descendant" of the "New Evolution SA", appeared with a check of 115 million Euros and bought the "Henry Dunant" Hospital.

Following the above I ask Mr. Prime Minister and the responsible Ministers:
1. Why is the government involved in an auction process, legislating just few days before carrying it out, so as to ensure the grant of the operation license, and the brand of the hospital to the highest bidder?
2. How is it possible, a bank that had lent amounts of over 90 million Euros to the Hospital and came into possession of Piraeus Bank, which comes again today -through the "HEMITHEA SA", former "New Evolution SA"-, to buy a hospital with only 115 million Euros?
3. Why the auction did not stop when the claims of Piraeus Bank had been covered, i.e. the amount of 60 million Euros that was covered by the value of the building of the hospital, but also included the intangible materials, the operation license, the brand and the building next to the hospital.
4. What are the debts of Henry Dunant Hospital and who are the creditors?
- To submit relevant tables
5. If they do not compensate by the new ownership of Dunant then from where will be compensate? Will this amount burden the state budget?
6. The debts of Henry Dunant in the state, social insurance funds, accrued, will be satisfied in whole or in part, and from where?
7. Which are the shareholding structure and the share capital of the company HEMITHEA SA?
