"Henry Dunant" Scandal: The government of... auctions!
It seems that the model of ... development that Mr. Samaras envisioned for the "New Greece", passes through an incredibly dark path, a "magic" tunnel of intertwined interests, which the best "magicians" of the planet would envy.
One would expect from the Greek government (which supposedly protects the interests of citizens), to ensure the integrity of the process and to proceed to the change of ownership of the hospital "Henry Dunant", keeping in mind what's best for the State ... and not legislating in favor of auctioning, assigning, in the form of donation, the operation license and the brand of the hospital to HEMITHEA SA and of course in any future ... "HEMITHEA" which will appear in subsequent auctions.
Because what happened in the case of "Henry Dunant", which exceed the limits of fraud against the Greek State but also against the creditors of the hospital; and exceeds the limits of fraud for a very simple reason. Because the evidence and the facts show that with the blessings of the government of Samaras and the ... effort of the Health Minister, Mr. Makis Voridis created a precedent, through an amendment in the House, which will be used for a range of interventions ... for the "consolidation" of firms in difficulty.
Mr. Voridis invokes the public interest because due to the avoidance of bankruptcy of the hospital he saved jobs, without of course to be able to guarantee whether these jobs will remain untouched in their entirety in the future, when the new investor ... will take over the "Henry Dunant Hospital".
The Minister of Health, however, do not say a single word until now about the core of the case, i.e. if he knew that would appear in the auction a company of interests of the Piraeus Bank Group, which was the one that initiated the process by claiming an amount of 60,061,545.89 Euros.
He does not say a word about the reasons ... for which he rushed to pass the amendment for the "donation" of the operation license and the brand of the hospital, while obviously knew or should have known that the requirement of Piraeus for the amount of the auction was covered by the value of the central building.
On his part, Prime Minister of Greece must eventually explain the Greek people, what exactly is the correct model of development that wants to implement in the country.
Because the handling of the issue of "Henry Dunant" by the government opens the way for the implementation of ... planned auctions, with backroom deals between business owners and buyers in order to avoid the debts to third parties, under the guise of the salvation of the workers but in practice, by guaranteeing the interests of bankers...
All show, that the plan of the Germans who espoused by the Greek government will be achieved with the cooperation of the banking system of the country, since there is no money in the private sector for such deals.
The health of the Greeks and the majority of hospitals, slow and steady, will be ... fully privatized and in the eyes of the memorandum rulers will be 'rescued' by subsidiaries of banks or large private hospitals (see. Hygeia).
The era of auctions for Greece starts at the behest of the troika and the representatives of the Greek people remain undistracted (pp for how long?) to say "Yes to all"...
The only thing that still remains standing in the country is the Greek justice, which once again have to intervene and investigate, until the end, one of the largest and darkest scandals of the last decade.
