Strong winds keep ferries docked at ports on Wednesday
Strong winds reaching up to 9 on the Beaufort scale in several parts of the Aegean Sea continued to keep ferries docked at the ports on Wednesday.
There are no services from the port of Piraeus to Cyclades. However, "Diagoras" left at 3 am for Chios and Mytilene, "Kriti II" for Heraklion and "Knossos Palace" for Chania, Heraklion.
From the port of Rafina there is only ferry service to Andros. Ships at the port of Lavrio remain docked.
There is also no service in the line Kavala-Prinos, Thassos.
The winds are expected to slow down in the day, according to the meterological service.
