Some 41 fires break out in last 24 hours throughout the country

A total of 41 low brush fires broke out in Greece during the last 24 hours, with 38 of them managed directly at their initial stage.

The Fire Department said 3 of them were ongoing.

Local investigation offices and the Fire Department's arson department are looking into the causes of all fires.

The Fire Department has asked all citizens to be particularly careful and in cases of fire to listen to directions by authorities.
