"Henry Dunant" Hospital: All administrations cooperated for the advent of private (?)
The scandal of the decade with the sale - giveaway, through auction, of the hospital "Henry Dunant" to HEMITHEA SA, a company allegedly linked to the Piraeus Bank Group, will very soon be investigated by the Greek justice.
One subject of this investigation will also be the stance of the hospital's administration in the auction process, where, according to informed sources of Newsbomb, did not object to what was said on the part of the representatives of Piraeus Bank and the bailiff who had estimated the brand value of "Henry Dunant" in just 7,350,000 Euros.
It is worth noting that the hospital "Henry Dunant" and especially all administrations, (current and former), worked, as everything indicates, somehow, in order to become a reality the selling of the hospital to the private sector.
This conclusion can be easily exported by the report of the bailiff, as evidenced by the statement of Court publication, since the total price for the auction of the building was 115.135.250.00 euro and only 7,350 million Euros relate to the name, the operation license and other assets relating to the operation of the hospital.
Certainly the bailiff has the authority to proceed with the assessment, but the reasonable question arises, is that he should do so with evidence and not arbitrarily, because market participants agree that the amount of 7,350 million Euros for the brand name of a range of "Henry Dunant", is extremely low. The title of a company in the case of a hospital is very important intangible asset with huge potential but, since it is directly related to the operation of the eponymous business unit.
A second question that also arises is whether the administration of the hospital gave some relevant data and why the administration of Dunant did not object to the low price?
A third question that also arises, is if previous administrations of the hospital, worked in their own way, without objecting to the imminent arrival of privates, in order them to avoid judicial pending of the past?
The Newsbomb.gr, in a series of apocalyptic publications, brings to light all the elements that highlight the magnitude of the scandal, in which are involved members of the Board (current and former) of the "Henry Dunant" in return (?) any exemption (until proven otherwise by the imminent intervention of Justice) of their responsibilities for what has happened in the hospital management.
