Three injured in clashes between refugees on Chios

Police on the island of Chios have detained three people following clashes at Vial refugee reception and identification centre on Sunday.
Three people were injured, including one police officer, during clashes between Afghans and Arabs.
There are more than 5,000 asylum-seekers currently staying at the centre, which was designed for 1,000.
